What LiteEntry does, feature by feature
Every feature on the front page and what it gives you: attendance running in five minutes, no app, no hardware, and every feature on every plan.
LiteEntry runs on a screen you already own and the phone everybody already carries, so there is nothing to install, nothing to issue and nothing to buy. Setting up takes about five minutes, a check-in takes about three seconds, and nobody has to create an account or remember a PIN.
Rotating QR
A screen by the door shows a code that changes every thirty seconds. Somebody points their phone camera at it and presses one button — Check in or Check out, decided by what they did last, so nobody has to remember which.
LiteEntry’s server decides whether a scan counts, not the phone, so a screenshot passed around the office is worth two and a half minutes at most.

No dedicated hardware
The screen by the door is any device with a browser — a spare tablet, an old phone, a TV. Pair it once and it shows the code for that location.
Nothing to buy, nothing to ship through customs, no installer to book. The fourth office takes the same five minutes as the first.

Device recognition
LiteEntry gives every phone that checks in an identifier issued by the server, and records who has used it. When one phone checks in two people, the Review queue says so and names them.
That is the clearest evidence of buddy punching available without pointing a camera at anybody — and nobody is turned away at the door to get it.

Browser based, no app
Staff install nothing. The camera and browser already on the phone are the whole of the employee side, and a new starter’s setup is their first scan.
Your team goes along with it because nothing runs in the background: LiteEntry records a scan at a door and nothing between check-ins, and there is nothing left on a personal phone when somebody leaves.

No accounts to manage
Add people by name and work email, or upload a CSV of the whole team. Nothing is sent to them, and nothing waits to be accepted.
Onboarding happens at the door: somebody’s first scan signs them in with the Google account they already have, and that first check-in is also their training. A rollout cannot stall on other people — no invitations to chase, no links to expire, no passwords to reset.

Multi-location, multi-timezone
Each location keeps its own timezone and rules, and a check-in belongs to the business day where it happened, not where it is read.
One click switches every report between Site time and My time: each office on its own clock, or all of them on yours. The day a row belongs to never moves either way, so people in three countries read one set of numbers instead of recalculating them.

Geofence
Optional, per location. LiteEntry checks the phone’s location against a radius you set — 150 m by default — with an allowance for GPS error, and can be Off, Record or Require.
Record gives you the evidence without turning anybody away, so you can see what your own building does to a GPS reading before you decide to enforce anything.

Network check
Optional, per location. LiteEntry compares the address a check-in arrives from with the one the display by that door is using, which answers whether somebody was on the office network.
The office address is learned from the display itself, so there is no allowlist to keep up to date and nothing breaks the morning your ISP changes it.

Remote check-in
Optional, per location, and simply Off or Allowed. Somebody records a start without scanning a display, and it is marked Remote everywhere it appears.
A morning that starts before the commute gets a real record instead of a message in a group chat, and Live counts it apart from the building: 9 on site, 3 remote. Who and when are verified exactly as at a door; where is not.

Live view
Live lists every location side by side, each on its own clock, with who checked in there and has not checked out. It is a name to call when something needs doing at a site you are not at.
It is a count you can act on: if a location’s display has gone dark, Live says so rather than quietly showing you an empty room.

CSV export
One button downloads what the report is showing: a summary row per person per day, every individual event, or every attempt — including the ones that were refused, and why.
It opens cleanly in Excel, Sheets and Numbers, and it is on every plan including the free one. A product that makes leaving hard is telling you something about itself.

Admin and viewer roles
Three roles, one Google sign-in each. Admins run the console, Viewers read every report and can change nothing, and Members check in and see their own record.
HR or finance can have the numbers without being able to rewrite the rules.

Why they work together
LiteEntry makes attendance simple at both ends. A manager has it running in five minutes, onboards the team with a CSV instead of invitations, reads Live instead of ringing round, and hands over a month in one button — nobody to chase, and no report to assemble.
Everybody else gets their own phone, one button and about three seconds: no app to install, no account to create, nothing running in the background. That is why the records stay accurate — the easiest thing to do is the right thing.
