How to export your attendance records
One click from the attendance report downloads every row as CSV, on every plan, with all check-in events included.
Open the attendance report and click export. LiteEntry downloads every row as a CSV file — names, dates, locations, First In and Last Out as their own columns, and the day’s duration. The file is yours immediately, and the export is on every plan.
There is no request to make, no tier to upgrade for, and no data left behind.
What the file contains
Each row is one person’s day at one location. The columns include the member’s
name, the date on that location’s business day, First In and Last Out in
the location’s local time, and a separate Timezone column rather than an
offset baked into the timestamp — so a spreadsheet parses 09:12 as a time and
the timezone sits beside it where it belongs.
Duration is the day’s completed sessions added up: each check-in paired with the check-out that closed it. A session still open at export time is left blank in that column rather than filled with a guess. Duration is not hours worked — it counts anything somebody stayed checked in through, and a shift running past midnight belongs to the day it began. The frequently asked questions cover the difference in full.
If a location has checks switched on, the result of each check appears in the row: whether the geofence passed or failed, whether the office network matched.
Remote check-ins are marked Remote in every row they appear in. A day with both on-site and remote sessions shows each event clearly.
Which plans include the export
All of them. LiteEntry does not hold the export behind a paid tier. What the paid plans change is how many members and locations you can run — not which data you can get out.
When you decide to leave
The export is the same file whether you are evaluating LiteEntry, running it day-to-day, or closing your account. Every row, every plan, one click. A product that makes leaving hard is telling you something about itself.
Keeping a copy for your own records
LiteEntry holds records for as long as your account is active. If your organization requires a local copy — for a data retention policy, a compliance audit, or a year-end archive — export on whatever schedule suits and the file is consistent every time.
