Cost

Every plan is free during the beta, and no card is required to use one. After the beta the Free plan remains free within its limits, and the paid plans are billed monthly.

Organizations that use LiteEntry during the beta keep six months on the Team plan at no charge when the beta ends, for up to 50 people. It is earned by thirty separate days on which at least five people both checked in and checked out.

Those thirty days are counted across the whole beta rather than inside any one month. They need not be consecutive, it need not be the same five people each day, and there is no deadline other than the end of the beta itself.

No card is needed to start it and none is kept. If you do nothing at the end of the six months the organization moves to the Free plan rather than to a bill, and nothing is charged without you choosing a paid plan.

The plans, their limits and their prices are on the pricing page. Nothing begins billing without you choosing a paid plan.

Your responsibilities

• Tell your staff. You are the data controller — the records are yours, collected on your instruction. In most places you must inform users that attendance, and where enabled location, is being recorded.
• Keep your own records. Attendance obligations usually run to several years. We keep 180 days; the rest is your export.
• Guard administrator access. Any administrator can see every user's attendance.

Availability

Provided as-is, with no warranty of availability. Features may change during the beta. To the extent the law allows we are not liable for indirect loss, including records you did not export. You can stop using LiteEntry at any time; export first, because closing an account deletes its data.
