Privacy notice

Your employer records when you check in and out at work, using LiteEntry. They decide what is recorded and who may see it — they are the controller. We only store it for them, on their instructions; we are the processor. It is deleted after 180 days, and never sold or shared.

Nothing is recorded unless you scan a code. No background tracking, no access to contacts, photos or files, no advertising or analytics, and no calculation of hours worked. A report shows your first check-in, your last check-out and the time between them your day's completed sessions add up to — which counts anything you stayed checked in through, and is not a measure of time worked. Which of the optional rows above apply is your employer's choice, set per location.
How long
180 days, then deleted automatically from LiteEntry — the check-in, the coordinates, the IP address and the device identifier all together. Your employer exports what they need to keep and holds it in their own systems, under their own rules.
Who sees it
Administrators at your own employer, and nobody else. No third parties, no third-party analytics, no data sale. Each employer's records are isolated from every other's. Signing in uses Google, so Google knows you authenticated; LiteEntry receives only your name, email and account identifier.
The demo
The demo on this site creates a temporary sandbox with invented people in it. It asks for no account and no sign-in, and the whole sandbox — including anything you do in it — is deleted an hour after you start.
If you enter an email address to be told when signup opens, it is kept so we can answer you and for nothing else, and deleted automatically after 365 days whether we have or not. Everything else is counted without being recorded: how many demos started, and how far they got.
The public website
Separate from your attendance record, and it never touches it. On the pages anyone can reach — the front page, the pricing page, the demo and the sign-up form — we keep a daily tally: how many times each page was opened, how many demos were started, how many organizations were created.
A date, a label and a number. No cookie is set for it, no profile is built, and nothing links one visit to another or to a person. Our web server also keeps ordinary access logs for 30 days, with the last part of each address removed before it is written, so a line cannot be traced back to a visitor.
We use no third-party analytics and no advertising network. Nothing on this site loads from anywhere but this site — the content security policy forbids it, so it is not a promise you have to take our word for.
If you write to us
The contact form keeps what you type into it: your message, the name you give, and an email address if you choose to leave one — it is optional, and a message without one still reaches us. We also record which page you came from, so we can tell a question about pricing from a question about the demo.
It is kept for 365 days and then deleted automatically. It is not added to any attendance record, not used to market anything to you, and not passed to anybody else. The check before the send button is arithmetic on our own server — there is no third-party robot test on this page, because there is nothing on this site from anywhere else.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your records. Ask your employer — they decide, and we act on their instruction. You can see your own recent check-ins any time while signed in.
You can refuse the location request. Where your employer allows it, the check-in is still recorded and simply marked as made without a location. Whether you use LiteEntry at all is between you and your employer; that is an employment matter and we take no view on it.
