Attendance for offices

Turn any spare screen by the door into a secure attendance station. No hardware to buy, no app for staff to install, running in five minutes.

Put any spare tablet, old phone or laptop by the door and it becomes an attendance station. Staff point their phone camera at the rotating QR code and press one button. LiteEntry records who arrived, when, and at which location — and nobody installs anything.

The display is whatever you already own

There is nothing to buy. A spare tablet in a cupboard, a TV nobody uses, a laptop nobody takes home — any device with a browser and a power socket works. Point it at the display page, pair it once, and it shows the rotating code from then on. One screen covers an entire floor’s worth of arrivals and departures.

If the screen goes offline, Live shows that check-ins are not possible at that location — so an empty list does not read as an empty office.

No rollout

There is nothing to install on staff phones. When somebody arrives and scans for the first time, they sign in with the Google account they already use for work. That is their whole setup — after which every check-in is one tap.

No invitation emails, no activation links, no IT ticket. A new hire’s first scan is their entire onboarding.

Live view across offices

Live shows every location side by side, each on its own clock, with who checked in today and has not checked out. For a company with offices in two cities, that is one view of both without a phone call to either reception desk.

The list is presence, not availability: somebody who checked in may be in a meeting. It tells you where to start looking — see who is in the office for what it does and does not answer.

Multiple offices, one report

Each location keeps its own timezone. A check-in in Singapore lands on Singapore’s business day even if the report is read from London. The timezone toggle changes the clock display without moving any row to a different date.

Adding a second office is adding a location, pointing a spare screen at the display page, and uploading the people there. The fourth office takes the same five minutes as the first.

What the record contains

Every row carries a name, a time the server confirmed, and the location it happened at. It filters by date and location and exports to CSV in one click. LiteEntry does not record location within the building, movement between rooms, or anything between check-ins.
