Help · Choosing LiteEntry

Attendance for startups

Free up to 10 people with every feature included. Set up in five minutes, works with Google Workspace, no IT department or sales call required.

LiteEntry’s free plan covers up to 10 people and one location with every feature included — geofencing, device recognition, CSV export, live view. Set it up in five minutes and it runs itself. No sales call, no implementation, no IT department.

If your team uses Google Workspace, the accounts they already have are the ones they check in with.

Free, with everything

Most free tiers hold back the parts that make the record reliable — the geofence, the export, the second location — because those are what somebody pays to keep. LiteEntry’s free plan includes all of them. You pay for size when you grow past ten people, not for capability from day one.

Everything is also free during the beta regardless of team size.

No rollout

Add your team by uploading a CSV of names and emails. They sign in with their Google account the first time they scan — no invitation email, no activation link, no password to set, no explanation required.

For a startup where everyone already has a Google account and nobody has time for an onboarding process, that is the right amount of friction.

Live view for a small team

Even with five people, knowing who is in is a real question. Live shows who checked in today and has not checked out. Open it in a tab and you know whether someone is at their desk before you walk over.

The display is whatever you have

A spare tablet, an old phone, a TV — any device with a browser. Point it at the display page, pair it once, and it shows the rotating QR code from then on. There is nothing to buy and nothing for IT to approve, because there is no IT.

Growing past the free plan

When the team reaches 11 people, the Team plan starts at $39 per month for up to 20. Every feature stays exactly the same — only the size limit changes. No capability is added or removed when you upgrade.

See is free attendance software actually free for what free tiers in this category usually hold back, and what LiteEntry’s does not.
