Help · Choosing LiteEntry
Attendance for clinics
Staff attendance for clinics and healthcare teams — no app on personal phones, no biometrics, and no hardware to procure.
Clinic staff often cannot or will not install an employer app on their personal phone. LiteEntry records attendance without asking them to: a screen by the door shows a rotating QR code, staff scan it with the camera they already have, and the check-in takes about three seconds.
Nothing is installed, nothing runs in the background, and nothing the clinic can see remains on the phone after the page closes.
No app requirement
Healthcare staff are already cautious about employer software on personal devices — for good reason, and for reasons specific to their sector. An attendance product that requires installation frequently fails at the staff meeting, regardless of what it actually does with the data.
LiteEntry has nothing to install. The check-in page opens in a browser, takes one tap, and closes. That is the whole of the interaction.
No biometrics
Facial recognition and fingerprint scanning bring consent requirements and data classification that most clinical settings do not want. LiteEntry verifies identity with a rotating code and the Google account a person already uses — no photograph, no biometric scan, no additional data category.
Multi-site
A clinic group with several locations sets each up once: a location with its own timezone, a screen by the door, and a list of the staff who work there. One report covers all of them, filterable by location and date.
Staff who work across sites check in at whichever location they arrive at. The record shows which site, which shift, and when — without any of it needing manual reconciliation at month end.
High turnover and part-time staff
Adding a person is a name and a work email. Nothing is sent to them. They sign in with their Google account the first time they scan, and that is their whole setup.
Removing somebody is one click. Set them to Disabled and they stop checking in immediately, with no account to chase and nothing to uninstall.
