Our story

LiteEntry began as an internal tool at a global quantitative trading firm, built because nothing available fitted the way its offices actually work.

LiteEntry was built inside a global quantitative trading firm, for its own offices — spread across time zones and, together, operating around the clock.

We looked at the solutions already available. Some were far more complex than we needed. Some required every employee to install an app. Others depended on hardware, installation, and local vendors — turning every new office into another technical project, often with a different setup in each location.

None of them felt right for a multi-office, hybrid workforce.

We wanted something simpler: one system with the same straightforward setup in every office. No special infrastructure and no separate solution to manage in each location. For employees, it had to be just as simple — no app to install, no account to manage, and no training needed.

The live view mattered too. With teams working across time zones — and people working schedules that don’t always fit a 9-to-6 day — the team needed a clear, up-to-date picture of who’s working, where they’re working from, and who’s offline.

We couldn’t find it. So we built it.

LiteEntry started as an internal tool, built for the way our own teams work. It worked for us, so we decided to make it available to other teams too.

Simple to set up across locations, with the attendance records you need and a live view of your team.
